Message send a lot of failure

I do not know why the message of sending the failure is so high, I tried to send it manually by other iOS and they succeeded. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Yes I am using xiaomi device but it is HyperOS, I can't find MIUI optimization item in developer options

After I pressed reset to default value as instructed on Google, the Optimize item appeared and I turned it off, restarted the device but still could not send the message.

Unfortunately, I don't have a Xiaomi phone to reproduce the issue and provide more specific advice. Everything points to an issue on the OS side. Let's try the APK from the next PR: #178

The version from the PR will provide more information about the received error.

Before testing, please ensure that the app has all necessary permissions granted in your device settings.

Also, I recommend trying the app on another non-Xiaomi phone to ensure that the issue doesn't reproduce on other devices.
