The Dependabot console is reporting a number of vulnerabilities in Python dependencies that we use in this project. Though I don't believe any of these vulnerabilities affect us, we should upgrade our packages out of an abundance of caution.
This PR upgrades our Python dependencies to resolve Dependabot alerts for this repo.
