• Organize evidence around the emerging opportunity areas:

  • continuity and accountability
  • delegated administration
  • visibility and coordination
  • preserving self-service as a cross-cutting constraint

• Clearly distinguish:

  • observed evidence
  • reported needs or practices
  • inferences
  • proposed solution ideas

• Prepare opportunity trees/canvases with:

  • desired outcome
  • opportunity/problem area
  • supporting evidence
  • possible responses
  • unresolved questions

• Identify actionable design recommendations from research that should seed the workshop.

• Prepare a prioritization activity to help the team identify:

  • strongest opportunities
  • what belongs in an MVP
  • what needs further validation
  • what should be parked

• Draft the workshop agenda, instructions and expected outputs.

The team can enter the workshop with the evidence already organized and spend its time challenging the framing, prioritizing opportunities, and agreeing on the Q3 MVP direction rather than reconstructing the research.
