Issue #31 progress update:

Completed locally on 2026-04-01:

• added scripts/bootstrap-qdrant-collections.sh as an idempotent local bootstrap path
• created the three required collections against the live local Qdrant instance:
  • snap-game-records
  • snap-analysis
  • snap-screenshots
• verified collection endpoints now return 200 OK
• reran scripts/snap-setup.sh from the repo root and the collection checks now pass

Current validator result:

• passed: 9
• failed: 0
• warnings: 2

The remaining warnings are sidecar/runtime checks (valkey MCP and goose-proxy readiness), not missing snap project storage state anymore.
