WebUtils 2.2.0: a local-first maintenance release

WebUtils 2.2.0 is now available.

This release focuses on making the 1,088-tool collection easier to trust, use, and maintain:

• local-first processing with clearer API, CDN, permission, and offline boundaries
• standalone HTML export for registered tools
• recent tools, search, favorites, and mobile workflow improvements
• accessibility fixes for JSON, timestamp, URL, and Base64 workflows
• 70 repository checks plus 7 Playwright browser smoke tests
• deterministic ZIP/TAR archives with SHA-256 checksums
• a concise English project overview and clearer contribution forms
