DNA2Graph supports 8-bit and 16-bit grayscale images in TIFF format. The software was thoroughly tested on images acquired at pixel sizes of approximately 1.0–1.7 nm/pixel. Large deviations from this range may require parameter re-tuning for optimal performance.

DNA2Graph can export a report containing length measurements for individual molecules. Lengths are expressed in pixels and can be converted to the desired unit (e.g., nanometers) by multiplying each length by the physical pixel size. For example: $\text{length (nm)} = \text{length (pixels)} \times\text{pixel size (nm/pixel)}$.
