Can't load an asset.

Just wanted to play the game a little bit. Was kind of confused as to why this is happening (if I knew how to use pygame I would try and fix it)

I couldn't seem to reproduce the issue from a fresh clone, neither on my normal python install or on a fresh virtual environment.
It could be a requirements issue, where pygame loads sounds differently on more recent versions. Would you mind giving the outputs of py --version and py -m pip show pygame?

If you want to help isolate the problem, you can also create a virtual environment by running these (from inside the python-play-tanks directory):
py -m venv .venv
.venv\Scripts\activate.bat
py -m pip install -r requirements.txt
and then trying to run again.
