Downgrades one field type (f0_clear, sw = rw -> r) inside a 27 MB include fragment. This forces the review gate to compile the full 800k-register map for both revisions (~10 GB peak each), exercising the swap-backed runner path and entry resolution through a large fragment. The change fans out to every instance of the register type, so the gate should fail with many breaking changes, annotations capped at 30.
