Trying to add buttons to GUI

I successfully added a button to home X and Y at the same time, but I wanted to bring back the feature of Alex's firmware where you could press one of two buttons to adjust the Z-offset by 0.01mm up or down. I'm unsure how to implement it, and given that this firmware project also involved @mriscoc making their own UI, I expect they (or someone) might be able to help me out.

Use baby steps, check how Z-offset was implemented, I do baby steps using the rotary enconder to avoid encoder switch wear.

Good point. Maybe that's a feature best left unimplemented for the sake of the encoder switch.

its possible to add the menu buttons if you wish, but id have to agree that using the knob wheel left or right is probably better than having to press the encoder button switch every time.

I do like the Home XY suggestion, that would come in handy. However adding more and more things does add more memory, and it would be fine with any other board and bed level type except for UBL ProUI with the RC chip 256k limit, its already maxed out unless further options or features are disabled. since this particular code in question had very little byte storage, it may be possible to add the Home XY option, but as for changing the Z offset i think ill leave it alone.

any other ideas are welcome, im open to all things that can make the user experience even better.
