Add a "restart chrome" button in the popup

What the title says. Today I "go" to the url "chrome://restart" but a button would be handy after an install :)

Can you elaborate more on how this works for you? Don't you have to "update" the browser first? Isn't it easier to just quit the browser, update it, and re-open it afterwards?

I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around what this feature would add to be honest, but I'd love to hear more, as perhaps I'm just missing something!

How I update:

1. Get the notification from the extension
2. Download the exe through the extension
3. Run the .exe from the downlad dropdown in chrome. The wheel spins next to the mouse pointer and after a few seconds its done.
4. Restart chrome. Easiest is to write "chrome://restart".

I have many profiles and many windows open for work. Closing all of them is "tedious" and a restart is much simpler.

Does it make it more clear?
