test(e2e): stabilize the SSO sign-up and multi-session fixtures - #10437
Two integration tests fail intermittently in CI on changes that don't touch what they cover. Each now waits for the state it depends on.
session-tasks-sign-up.test.ts, "with sso, navigate to task on after sign-up": the sign-up runs on the E2E OAuth Provider instance, and in failing runs it timed out waiting for that instance's prepare_verification response. The test now sets up a testing token for the provider instance as well as for the app's instance.
transitive-state.test.ts, multi-session navigation: in failing runs the emission log never showed the second user on the sign-out path. After signing in the second user, the test now waits for window.Clerk.user to be that user before navigating.
These changes were split out of #10275, which is about Device Intelligence timing.
Checklist
pnpm test runs as expected.
pnpm build runs as expected.
(If applicable) JSDoc comments have been added or updated for any package exports
The SSO sign-up test now also sets up a testing token for the E2E OAuth Provider instance, whose sign-in runs on the provider's own frontend API. The transitive-state test waits for the second user to become the current user before navigating to the sign-out paths.

Walkthrough
The test utility now handles OAuth authorization continuation requests and limits origin-based token lookup to /v1/ paths. OAuth testing-token tests verify token handling at the provider authorization request and app callback. The SSO sign-up test configures OAuth provider keys and checks its callback URL. The multi-session test waits for the expected active user ID. An empty changeset file was added.
clerk/javascript#10275: Contains the same SSO sign-up and multi-session test changes, plus a Device Intelligence timeout change.

Explanation
The title "test(e2e): stabilize the SSO sign-up and multi-session fixtures" matches the main change. The PR adds testing-token setup for the OAuth provider instance in the SSO sign-up test, adds a wait for the task URL, and waits for the second user in the multi-session sign-out test. The title names both fixtures, so it covers the changeset's primary intent. The title is 63 characters and 8 words, which is within a reasonable length.
Full details: Description check
Explanation
The description states that two integration tests fail intermittently in CI. It explains the fix for each test: a testing token for the provider instance in session-tasks-sign-up.test.ts, and a wait for window.Clerk.user in transitive-state.test.ts. This matches the raw summary of changes, so the description is on-topic and specific.

Not changed: this is the fake OAuth provider in an integration test (a node:http server on 127.0.0.1 with an ephemeral port) redirecting to a callback URL the test builds itself, the same pattern as the consent branch above it that is already on main; leaving the alert for a maintainer to dismiss as test code.
