Description

Points agents at the Mosaic layer guides (controllers, models, views, stylex, testing) before they edit a file of that layer.

Claude Code: a path-scoped rule per guide in packages/mosaic/.claude/rules/. When Claude reads or edits a matching file, the rule loads and tells it to read the guide, e.g. editing a *.styles.ts points it at docs/stylex.md. Files outside those globs load nothing.
Codex and other agents that only read AGENTS.md: a "Before editing a file" table in packages/mosaic/AGENTS.md maps the same file patterns to their guides. Codex only loads AGENTS.md files from the repo root down to the directory it starts in, so the root AGENTS.md gains one rule: read packages/mosaic/AGENTS.md before editing anything under packages/mosaic.

Layer file loads its guide

Before, reading any layer file loads no rule. After, each of the five layers' files loads its own rule telling Claude Code to read the matching guide, from the package or the repo root, and an edit (which Claude Code refuses without a prior read) gets the rule through that read.
