test(e2e): D-561 follow-through — getName/codePointOf pins flipped to landed reality

Smell-audited: 1: two self-obsoleted pins (the same class as the earlier
diagnostics-probe case): character_statics pinned getName as explicitly
unsupported, nrepl_completion MUST-NOT'd Character/codePointOf — both
now real members; pins assert the landed values instead.
