Keep only package.json, wrangler.jsonc and src/index.ts. Forward to a configured TARGET instead of the incoming URL, default to the published RFC 9421 test key with an optional JWK secret, and take Signature-Agent from a var. Use npx wrangler to avoid reshuffling the lockfile.
