Deleting audio not triggering removed event#2

Steps to reproduce :-

  1. Upload an audio.
  2. Select the audio file in the editor
  3. Press delete button to remove the audio file.
  4. File will be removed but all the other buttons will stay inactive and the froalaEditor.audio.removed is not getting triggered.
