feat(visuals): add social banner and primitives infographic to README

- Integrated loop-engineering-social-banner.jpg as prominent top hero banner (full width)
- Added primitives-infographic.jpg right after the primitives table under a new 'Visual Overview' section
- The other generated visuals (logo and anatomy diagram) are also included in assets/visuals/
- These make the core concepts much more visually engaging in the main docs
