koji is not friendly to non-ASCII character support

This leads to incorrect rendering, encoding errors, when non-ASCII characters (for example, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean) are used.

Hi Jade, sorry for taking this long to answer.
Unfortunately, it seems that this is an issue in inquire, the library koji uses for prompting, see: mikaelmello/inquire#23 (comment)
I will subscribe to the issue and keep you updated if there's any progress on the matter.

I took a look at dialoguer a while ago and it seemed to be a step back from the current implementation (besides it having this issue, of course). clickclack seemed to be the most fitting but at the time it was quite complex to implement the same features as we use with inquire today, but it seems that this has changed in the last few versions, so I will have to evaluate again. I first want to be done with #198 , #185 and #179 though.
