- The palette opens as a sheet (medium/large, diagram stays usable) instead of sitting above the navigation bar; it opens by itself when an insert position is picked and closes after inserting. - The title field is a single tappable line; editing happens in a small dialog. - The inspector starts collapsed and gets a "Collapse" button when open. - iPad and Mac are unchanged.
