fix(web): correct capitalisation of FAQ topic titles

Fix brand casing (AI DevKit, Agent OS, BMAD, SuperClaude, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, opencode) and lowercase minor words mid-title to match the docs title style. Slugs and URLs are unchanged.
