chore: release 0.62.1

Pin @ai-devkit/agent-manager to 0.33.0 so the published CLI resolves
the exports it imports (AGENT_RUNTIME_PROVIDERS, Herdr runtime, provider
refactors). 0.62.0 shipped with a stale 0.32.0 pin and was yanked.
