fix(security): remove VS Code auto-run malware backdoor

Removes the hidden folderOpen task in .vscode/tasks.json that silently executed a disguised JS payload (fake font file) the instant this repo was opened in VS Code, plus the task.allowAutomaticTasks setting that suppressed VS Code's consent prompt for it.
