Bug description

Even with filtering enabled, the output still contains SYMLINK files that should have been filtered out

Steps to reproduce

repo: termux/termux-packages
filter: inclue: packages/golang/

Expected behavior

Filtered SYMLINKs should not appear

I've opened #593 to fix this — the root cause is that Path.is_dir() follows symlinks, so directory symlinks bypass the include-pattern check in _should_include(). Regression test included.
