Updating Locales

Obtain the API keys for the LocaleApp project and use the localeapp command line tool, to push new translations:

$ localeapp push config/locales/new

Once the Imports queue has been cleared in the Locale app web UI, import the updated locales:

$ localeapp pull

Verify the changes, then delete config/locales/new directory and commit to master.
