Add Factory Droid CLI as a supported install target (#1)

Droid loads skills from ~/.factory/skills, project-level .factory/skills,
and the legacy ~/.agents/skills path. Add a `droid` install target for the
personal directory and document the project-scoped and legacy alternatives.

Update the skill description, preflight directory probe, orchestration
backend notes, README and llms agent tables, install and getting-started
guides, package keywords, and the issue template runtime list.
