Crashes repeatedly for different reasons

I'm having issues using the software sometimes loading logs can crash it or trying to do frame data analysis I'm not sure what I can do to get logs or to possible fix these issues. Running on Windows 10 can try on linux if needed. I am only able to analyze the same file, but I'm not sure if its the file that causes it to crash, but any tips or help is appreciated.
