CI: FreeBSD: pin runj package - #5296

runj packages newer than 0.2.0_9 cause `nerdctl run` to hang after the container exits, as the shim fails to become the reaper due to the missing 4th argument of procctl(2). Pin runj-0.2.0_5 from the FreeBSD:15:amd64 release_1 snapshot until samuelkarp/runj#72 is fixed.
