Summary
Migrate the Ubuntu test image in
pkg/testutil/images.yamlfrom Amazon ECR Public to GHCR to avoid ECR rate limiting in CI.Replace
public.ecr.aws/docker/library/ubuntu:23.10withghcr.io/stargz-containers/ubuntu:26.04-org, as discussed in #5293.This PR only updates the Ubuntu image. CoreDNS and FFmpeg SOCI are left unchanged pending their GHCR mirrors.
Testing
make testpassed.git diff --checkpassed.TestContainerInspectUserwith the replacement image on linux/amd64.test).ARM64 runtime testing and the full integration suite have not been performed locally.
Closes no issues. Partial fix for #5293.
