HTDP install on Windows fails with 404

I'm getting a 404 error when attempting to install the HTDP. I just found the documentation showing the alternate install method (https://transformez.readthedocs.io/en/latest/), but thought you all might want to see if the htdp install function failing here is a result of something on your end. Thanks!

I think this is now fixed, but I have to test it on windows first to confirm.
