Skybox flickering in ending scene with Peach when using interpolation

During ending scene (but with Peach Kiss) is related with Skybox/Texture Pack. The position of Skybox during Peach kiss scene is lost for half second 3 or 4 times.

Just changed the name cause found the wrong behavior with interpolation, to make every correct pacing I needed to divide the intended FPS value to 2. In this case for 60FPS intended, the base needs to be 30FPS to avoid visual all problems.
