Preserve omission versus explicit booleans, rejectnil, expose idiomatic repair reports, and retain structured runtime rejection errors.stop!, prevent dead-runtime startup, clear caches, and fence cleanup from replacement connections.The exact-pin inventory covers 807 package-root exports, 106 interfaces, 40 changed Node test files, and 427 changed paths across seven snapshots. Historical certification is untouched; 69 local artifacts are sealed to the reviewed implementation commit.
Boundaries
New AHP transport selection, Connector-account exports, managed-settings/environment/provider controls, and native FFI changes remain experimental or generated-only and are not exposed. Internal

Independent review identified a shutdown-time hang when the owned process exited during an unanswered
session.detach. A real-process/surviving-peer regression reproduced it before the fix and passed afterward; the reviewer verified the correction and reported no remaining merge blockers.
