Updates the Clojure SDK’s stable MCP and event contracts to match upstream snapshot b96cd2b and CLI 1.0.100-1.

- Adds capability-gated OAuth refresh, recovery/readiness events, and compression diagnostics.

Sync the stable Node SDK surface through b96cd2b, corresponding to CLI
1.0.100-1.Why does it matter
Hosts can delegate supported MCP credential renewal without confusing acceptance with completed recovery, distinguish connected servers from ready tools, and observe request-compression fallback. Startup directory configuration now documents the repository-hook trust it grants.
