Integrate the Korean catalog from devuterian/pebble-korean-language-pack with built-in TUMBLED Lite Korean/Japanese font subsets for Time 2. Keep the existing flash layout and generate a 36px fallback from 28px. Port upstream PRs coredevices#1156, coredevices#1119 and coredevices#1982: charge limiting, system dark mode and six vibration patterns. Preserve current weather localization and settings layout behavior while resolving the older patches. Expose the charge-limit toggle on the watch, serialize evaluations on KernelMain, restore charging after unplug, and resume at 77 percent. Translate new controls into Korean. Retain the palm-to-watchface change. Add regression coverage for charge limiting and dark-mode decisions.
