Aurorastore blocked by Google, reconsider publishing APK at least to Github

Aurorastore is currently being blocked by Google, meaning the only non-invasive way to get apps from there is gone. GrapheneOS users could install sandboxed play and will require a Google account, likely also linked to a phone number.

It is simply really really bad needing to rely on Google. Please, publish the APK on Github.

I will continue obtaining the app somehow and mirror your repos, which really shouldnt be required.

This is an open source project that people paid a lot of money for, they expect to access it in a free and open way.

Aurorastore works for me, but I find I have to update the app almost daily and always use a VPN. That being said, I don't think Aurorastore is viable long-term alternative. I agree with OP in that the application APK should be published, at least on GitHub. This is especially important since Google plans become even more restrictive in the coming months.
