Merge branch 'main' into license-review

Reconciles main's a82f1b9 (a parallel, single-commit application of the same
licence work) with license-review's nine granular commits. Ten files
conflicted; all were resolved toward license-review, the later and more
refined side.

Notable resolutions:

- Company name settled as "Corespan Systems, Inc" across LICENSE, NOTICE,
  README.md, package.json and public/third-party-licences.txt. The trademark
  lines naming "CoreSpan AI" are left as they were.
- check-compliance.mjs and generate-third-party-notices.mjs take the
  license-review versions. main's copies were earlier drafts, still carrying
  the fail-open character-window check that license-review had replaced with
  proper JSX element matching.
- maskIp.ts and docs/LICENCE-REVIEW-RESPONSE.md stay deleted, per
  license-review. maskIp.ts had no importers; the response doc was unlinked
  and contradicted the naming above.

Verified: tsc --noEmit clean, check-compliance.mjs passes.
