Summary

Add a reusable Composer for chat and AI assistant interfaces, with a contenteditable input or a native textarea through the same compositional API. It supports configurable mention and slash triggers, custom token rendering, async suggestions, submission controls, responsive row limits, and an adaptive layout that moves actions below multiline drafts.

• Keep editing, selection, history, and suggestion behavior in supporting hooks and libraries, with styled Composer parts for the UI.
• Use the automatic bottom-drawer keyboard handling from fix(ui): handle bottom drawer keyboards automatically #861 for the mobile drawer example; no keyboardAware prop is required. Merge the standalone Drawer fix first.
• Include eleven composer particles, a drawer example, API documentation, gallery illustrations, registry entries, and package copies.

Validation

UI TypeScript checks, focused Biome checks, registry dependency validation and generation, desktop browser interaction checks, a responsive layout matrix, and portrait iPhone simulator checks were completed during implementation. No automated test suites were run in the recent implementation passes.

Remaining validation

Keep this PR in draft pending the mobile overlay audit. An iOS simulator check reproduced a landscape issue when rotating a drawer with the keyboard open: the remaining viewport can collapse the composer and clip its input. Physical-device coverage, Android, VoiceOver, IME/dictation/autocorrect, and comprehensive clipboard/history checks remain outstanding.
