Describe the bug
I did a proteomic analysis on 4 experimental groups with 5 samples per group (20 column). Following log2 transformation of all protein abundance, I did the multiple test (annova) and then post-huc tukey’s test. Four new columns have been added. These four columns are not mean of 5 samples. Do you know how these values are calculated and what they present (mean aboudance with some modifications, p values, or something else).
I put here one exemple to be more precise:
In the sheet "exemple 1", i put one exemple for 4 proteins (lines 3 to 6). I do not know the values that has been added on columns Z, AA, AB and AC following performing my post huc test. These are not the mean of 5 samples ( i put the means of each five samples in the columns AE, AF, AG and AH). In the sheet "whole..." you see what has been created by Perseus after post hoc tukey test.
Example 1.xlsx
thanks in advance
Hamid
