CWA absolutely s**** the bed if you add and edit books too quickly

Describe the bug
When trying to add an entire series at once, CWA regularily locks up and has to be force restarted

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Dump a bunch of books into the ingest folder
2. open them in new tabs
3. click edit metadata
4. click fetch metadata
5. click save on the appropriate result (and make corrections as needed)
6. close the metadata search window then click save again
7. close the tab and repeat for the next book

Expected behavior
For it to work consistently

• Hardware: Intel(R) Xeon(R) E5-2696 v3 (36) @ 3.80 GHz

gets really, really unhappy if you try to search for metadata on multiple books at once

Sometimes the description won't save so the process has to be repeated
