Looking for strings found in runtime in specter-diy

I'm just trying to dig into and begin to understand code, specifically the GUI code, in specter-diy. I am looking for strings that I have found in the runtime, such as "Enter your PIN code", but I see no such strings anywhere in the codebase:

Are these binary encoded somewhere that I'm unable to grep? Is there a separate codebase for the GUI that I'm missing?
