build.mapwas intentionally not re-seeded. The drift report listed only the four hand-added gate globs (*.css,*.ts,Dockerfile*,docker-compose*.yml). Re-seeding would delete them and breakBuildGateCoverageContractTest.general-devskill domain is alreadyalways_on: true, so nothing changed there.
