doc: Link the Code of Conduct by URL, not relatively
The relative link assumed a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md beside it. Only the .github repository has one now, so all four point at that copy - which also repairs the link here, where it never resolved. Signed-off-by: Simon Walz <contact@simonwalz.de>
