Part 6 of 7 in the dependency and protocol update series. Keep this PR in draft until parts 1-5 are merged.
Add AnyTLS share-link and Clash subscription support on the shared outbound adapter, including SNI, certificate verification, and Clash UDP settings.
This is an alternative to #100, which is currently conflicting and includes a standalone protocol implementation plus workflow changes. This series reuses outbound's maintained implementation and does not modify CI.
Local end-to-end validation used a private subscription. Node details are intentionally omitted.
