Applies the two Black formatting changes that failed the
code-quality/ pre-commit check on #60 and #61. Black is pinned to 23.11.0 to match.pre-commit-config.yaml:output.py: removes a stray blank line left over from the FIT removaltests/test_secrets.py: adds the second blank line before a top-level function, left over from the v9.3.0 mergeThis is formatting only; no code behaviour changes.
