FR: Credentials import

Hi folks!
I'm using this Plugin to add SMS OTP to my Keycloak. Unfortunately, this Plugin safes the phone number as a user credential, so I can not add the phone number to the user on migration like I could when it would be an attribute.

I'm wondering if you could maybe add a feature to read a "credentials" part in the rest endpoint that would be imported as a credential to the user.

What do you think about this?

Sounds doable, probably through userModel.credentialManager().createStoredCredential(), though I'm not sure if I'll have the time to implement this.

I'd definitely accept a PR, though!
