Add TenDNA DNA Converter
This pull request adds TenDNA DNA Converter, an open-source bioinformatics utility for converting raw DNA data files between major consumer genomics platforms including 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, and FamilyTreeDNA.
The project helps improve interoperability between consumer genomics datasets and provides documentation, archived releases, and DOI-referenced software records.
