Adds the agentic-longevity-analysis pipeline to the Pipelines section.
Agent-native Whole Genome Sequencing analysis pipeline. Handles VCF/VCF.GZ files with ClinVar annotation, CPIC pharmacogenomics, polygenic risk scores (PRS), ancestry analysis, and 168+ biomarker interpretation. MIT licensed, runs locally via npm.
