Every ISA already states its open claims, but nothing adds them up. To answer "what is still open across all my work?" I had to walk the
MEMORY/WORKfolders by hand.IsaFrontier.tsanswers "what can I take next?" inside one ISA;WorkReconcile,ISAReconcileand Pulsework.tsdon't aggregate open claims.I built a small read-only tool on 7.40.4 and use it daily:
ISA.mdfiles under configurable roots (defaultMEMORY/WORK) and reports, per ISA: open, closed and dropped claims, unchecked## Remaining Workitems, phase, age, and a group label read from a frontmatter field (defaultproject; missing →unlabeled).parseClaimsfromIsaFrontier.tsinstead of a new parser.phase: completewith open claims, and open work idle for more than N days (default 14).--jsonwith a stable shape, and 30 tests on synthetic ISAs.I know #1714 declined an index that scans every ISA, and 8.24 (#2308) is close. Two of its features sit near this: feature 1, "a daily loop measures every target and flags any that nothing is pursuing", and feature 4, "one list shows everything the system is doing and watching". So, before opening a PR, two questions:
The branch is ready either way. Happy to cut it to whatever shape fits.
