Make a telegram call to user using madeline proto

Hi @danog, I hope you are doing well,
I was working with Madeline proto since last week, I want to call my clients on telegram when a specific event occurs in my system, I used Madeline proto code to call my clients, call requested successfully but when someone receives the call it shows connecting for a couple of seconds and after that call gets disconnected, can't hear or send voice or mp3. I am sharing my call snippet. Actually, I googled a lot this issue but I was very unfortunate to get any help.

You should install https://VoIP.MadelineProto.xyz, first

yes exactly this is the point where I am just stuck, I am testing on HostGator, I am not able to understand how do I install it., I have downloaded the repo on the local system (windows & xampp) don't even know where to place that dir.

Hi @danog, I have setup everything for the call, including the above-mentioned extension. please answer me these questions if possible.
i). can a bot make a call using madeline?
ii). If i make call from user account using api key and hash why i am getting ERROR: FLOOD_WAIT_34067. Try again.?
