Evidence for the DOM-settle follow-up (real home-page flicker on dev-6.pc)

01 = deployed code drops the SSR snapshot at 3771ms onto a half-built page
02 = the same page once complete (4362ms)
03 = DOM-settle drops the snapshot only when the page is complete (4877ms)
