Request for adding the management.cattle.io CRDs to this repo.

Hi, everybody.

I would do it by myself, but sadly, it is not possible for me to perform the required pull. This makes it a requirement to add the missing CRDs, that someone else is doing my job in some parts. BTW. Sorry for the trouble. :)

In my case, it would be a great honour, if you solve this issue as fast as possible to add it to the required project.

Before i forget. Maybe, i should tell you some informations about the heritage of this CRDs. They are part of rancher. :)
