Cloud Connection - Camera Image/Video

Now that we have image/video retrieval working with direct connections (thanks to @chrisns) I'm wondering if anyone can help get it working for cloud connections.

I believe that I have worked out the command to send to the cloud to get the panel to start creating the images (see 0.13.0.17 and uncomment the 3 lines in send_command_sensor_image) but not how to get the image data.

I've always been involved in embedded software systems and close coupled integrations, so is there anyone out there that can help?
